   Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort is a nice, quaint hotel located 3 miles outside of Kona. It sits on 10 acres of beautiful tropical gardens that include an interesting ancient petroglyph site.

   The resort's private bay is known amazing swimming and snorkeling. Lapping crystal-blue waves and green sea turtles are just a stone's throw from the building. Nice pool, spa and tennis courts are on site, and 36-hole golf course is nearby.
