1. Location    ResortQuest at the Maui Banyan (former Aston at the Maui Banyan) is located in the heart of Kihei, across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, a great swimming and snorkeling park. Coconut palms, the beautiful West Maui mountains, and the islands of Lanai and Molokai decorate the view. Other beaches are a short walk away.    The town of Kihei, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is within easy walking distance.    Kahului Airport, the main airport on Maui, is just 10 miles away from the condo. 2. Rooms    The condos at the ResortQuest at the Maui Banyan are pretty basic, yet very clean and bright. During recent renovations, all rooms have got new carpets, drapes, beds, sofabeds and upgraded air-conditioners. You will be surprised how comfortable the sofabed in the living room is!    Your condo will feel like a home away from home, with washer and dryer on hand, and a full kitchen that includes everything but food. You can cook your own breakfast and lunch, or have a nice BBQ on the grills outside of the condo.    The rooms are quiet, no traffic noise - all you hear are the soothing sounds of the ocean and birds. Each unit features: Air-conditioning Ceiling fans Large private lanai Color TV and in-room movies Full kitchen (except hotel rooms – refrigerator only) Washer/dryer (except hotel rooms) Free in-room safe Iron and board Daily maid service     3. Restaurants    ResortQuest at the Maui Banyan (also known as Aston at the Maui Banyan) does not have an on-site restaurant, but you have a great choice of restaurants and cafes located in Kihei, just minutes away. Here are some restaurants that we recommend:    1) Greek Bistro – 0.1miles away, at 2511 S Kihei Rd #102    Only Greek restaurant in Kihei. The Greek Bistro specializes in spanakopita, lamb gyros, shish kabob, and moussaka; their dolmas are superb.    2) Harlow’s – 0.1 miles away, at 2511 S Kihei Rd #201    Specializes in fine dining at affordable prices. Upstairs dining rooms offers sweeping views of the ocean. Menu features Black Angus beef, freshest seafood, vegetarian and pasta dishes. Check out the new piano lounge, sunset specials and extensive wine list. Open daily from 5 pm.    3) Canton Chef Restaurant – 0.2 miles away, at 2463 S Kihei Rd #A16    Casual restaurant specializing in Cantonese and Schezuan cuisine.    4) Da Kitchen – 0.2 miles away, at 2439 S Kihei Rd #201A    Want to try real local food? This place gives the people what they want, and is very successful at it. Simple, cheap and huge meals include favorites like Pork Lau Lau, Loco Moco, Chicken Katsu and Kalua Pork. Every plate features large portion of meat, 2 scoops of rice, macaroni salad and potato salad. Sandwiches and soup are also served. 4.
