1. Location

Turtle Bay Resort Oahu (also known as Hilton Turtle Bay) is located on the North Shore of Oahu. The resort owns almost 5 miles of beach, including three beautiful bays. This area is well known for its big waves that draw many surfers to the legendary surfing spots like Sunset Beach, the Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay.

The North Shore is the complete opposite of downtown Honolulu - it is quiet, remote and inhabited mostly by pineapples and surfers. If you want to have a night out on the town, Honolulu and Waikiki are only 45 minutes away by car.

2. Rooms

All of 375 guest rooms at Turtle BayResort Oahu overlook the ocean. If you are going in winter, you will enjoy sitting on your lanai and watching professional surfers practice below. You may even catch a glimpse of whales playing in the waters!

    Each room has:
  • Beds: 1 king or 2 doubles
  • Air-conditioning
  • Private lanai (exc. Ocean View Room)
  • Mini-fridge
  • Coffee maker
  • Iron and board
  • Full bath with vanity
  • Hair dryer
  • In-room safe
  • Daily maid service
  • Nighlty turndown upon request
  • Room service

Beach Cottages
42 beach cottages at Turtle Bay Resort Oahu are grouped in clusters of six and situated along the west shore of beautiful Turtle Bay. Each cottage was decorated by a renowned Los Angeles designer Michael Smith.

Cottages range in size from 740 to 850 sq ft. From the outside, they are handsomely dressed in imperial yellow with copper flashing and rain caches on the outside.

Inside, polished Brazilian walnut floors lead to a large, multi-level beach retreat with 15-foot ceiling and king poster bed. Large marble bathroom features Kallista deep-soak tub, freestanding glass shower, and private, enclosed toilet.

A cottage is more expensive than regular room, but it will surround you with 5-star luxury that is worth every penny (you can check the rates here).

3. Restaurants

   1) 21 Degrees North
The entrance to the restaurant will take your breath away - beautiful waterfall and tropical trees and plants line the walkway to the door. As you come in, the first thing you see are the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of Turtle Bay and the sun slowly dipping into the ocean.

The food is as stylish as the setting. Recommended wine is listed for each entree - perfect pairing! The sumptous menu of Pacific Rim, Contemporary Island, and Asian cuisine includes such delicacies as:
