Polynesian Cultural Center Tour with dinner at Ambassador Restaurant

You will start with a scenic narrated tour of the windward coast, and then arrive to the Polynesian Cultural Center. You can visit 7 island villages that feature different daily activities and presentations unique to each culture. The best two shows are in Samoa and Tahiti villages. A manmade river winds its way through the park, and free canoe rides give a good overview of the different villages. In the afternoon, the river becomes the stage for the colorful Canoe Pageant.

Ambassador Restaurant offers upscale dining. You can start your dinner with miso or clam chowder and island-fresh tossed greens with a host of condiments; jumbo shrimp cocktail; crab legs; a healthy assortment of garden veggies, sashimi from the fresh catch of the day served with wasabi, somen noodles, and appetizing sushi.

Then take your pick of tender prime rib; succulent stir-fry, deep fried macadamia nut chicken and baked teriyaki chicken, baked mahimahi with a coconut crab topping, baked red potatoes and steamed white rice accompanied by salted plums and black sesame seeds. For dessert, choose from several delicious cakes and pies.
